Design is largely about doing more with less. Rondom is an attempt to further explore this idea. The project investigates an innovative method that approaches construction through material efficiency and flexibility.

Flexible plywood, finished with linoleum, is wrapped around cut-outs to create light yet strong forms. The design makes optimal use of the material’s properties and prevents production waste. The collection consists of a side table and a cabinet, designed for CNC production and flat-pack shipping.

Rondom is a continuously evolving project that keeps growing through experimentation and a visible design logic.
